European Commission to take action if South Stream violating EU market rules

European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso said he believed several of the South Stream contracts that have been concluded or are being negotiated violate EU market rules.

The European Commission believes that a number of agreements that Bulgaria has concluded on construction of the South Stream gas pipeline violate EU market rules.
