Thousands of people marched for unity in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities and to mourn the 12 people killed and others injured when a shell struck a civilian bus in the eastern city of Volnovakha last week.
The European Council will consider the possibility to recognize the self-proclaimed "DPR" and "LPR" as terrorist organizations at the meeting on Monday, Jan. 19.
Voice of America journalist Ruslan Deynychenko wrote on Twitter citing EU Ambassador to Ukraine Jan Tombinski, Censor.NET reports.
EU Ambassador Tombinski: "EU will consider a possibility to recognize DPR and LPR as terrorist organizations tomorrow," Deynychenko wrote.
