Soldiers of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade serve at Stanychno-Luhanske. These positions constitute a border bridgehead of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to the soldiers, they have to repel the attacks of the militants almost every day.
Hromadske.TV reports that one of the last battles lasted for 10 hours - from 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. The soldiers believe that they are well entrenched and the separatists cannot knock them out, but do not see the point of standing in one place and want to go on the offensive, and "kick that trash out of our land."
