Flag raised above Slavyansk City Council was brought from Maidan Square. After they hoisted the flag soldiers taken out captured weapons, as journalist could be able to film it.
This evening President Poroshenko decorated officers and soldiers who distinguished themselves by courage during fighting for Slavyansk.
