Due to armed hostilities on the territory of Donetsk region several important facilities that belong to the Donbas energy system of national energy company Ukrenergo were damaged and cut off from power, and normal power supply to the facilities of DTEK Power Grid LLC and public joint-stock company DTEK Donetskoblenergo was disrupted, the press service of DTEK has reported.
Unknown persons have blown up supports under a car bridge over the Borova River along a motorway that links the towns of Severodonetsk and Rubizhne in eastern Ukraine.

Last night was far from being quiet in Horlivka, Donetsk region. Gunfire was heard in every district and the hostilities continued in the Mayorsk and Dzerzhynsk suburbs, the City Council press service said on Tuesday, July 22.

Five civilians have been killed and another 16 have been injured as a result of fighting in Luhansk, eastern Ukraine, over the past 24 hours, the Luhansk city administration said on its Web site.
The situation in the eastern regions of Ukraine remains complicated and may continue to worsen, the press center of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) has said.

The Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada has passed a bill endorsing the "Partial Mobilization" decree of President Petro Poroshenko by 232 votes.
A pending presidential decree on partial mobilization does not stipulate a rotation of forces engaged in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine, but their reinforcement, Ukrainian Presidential Administration First Deputy Head Hennadiy Zubko said.
