The 79th Airmobile Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine will get new 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers. Censor.NET reports citing counselor to President Poroshenko Yurii Biriukov Facebook.
"Battalion of the 79th Brigade will be supplied with export 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers," Biriukov said.
In addition, the 25th Brigade will get new APCs.
"Now I know the meaning of the word ECSTASY! My dear Army! Happy Holidays," Biriukov wrote.
