The terrorist nicknamed Sentiabr reads the contents list of the ammunition box, signed by Ukrainian soldiers - major Kolosovskyi, captain Churilov, and lieutenant commander Hiss.

Russian tanks spotted near Debaltseve and more military hardware along the border
Russian military has air defense systems deployed near Debaltseve and prepared a large shipment of supplies to the militants.
Censor.NET reports citing US Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt's Twitter. "We are confident these are Russian military, not separatist, systems," Pyatt wrote referring to satellite images he has published.
"Russian military also has air defense systems deployed near Debaltseve and Russian units along the border are preparing a large shipment of supplies to separatists fighting in eastern Ukraine," Pyatt wrote.

Russian column of armored vehicles entered Ukraine through Novoazovsk town

Azov regiment spotted the enemy’s column of armored vehicles in the town of Novoazovsk, Censor.NET reports citing Azov regiment's official Facebook page.
"The intelligence reports: a column of enemy armored vehicles entered Ukraine through Novoazovsk town. There are no marking on the Russian vehicles. Information about the column movement is being specified," the statement reads.

Murmansk contract soldiers complain of being forced to fight in Ukraine
About 20 Russian soldiers serving under contract in a military unit in the Murmansk region said that they had been warned about possible combat missions in Ukraine.
Sergey Krivenko, a member of the Presidential Council on Human Rights states, reports Tvrain.ru.
On Feb. 9, Krivenko applied to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to verify this information. He went to the Murmansk region to meet the contract soldiers. They said they had recently been transferred to a training range hundred kilometers away from their unit for combat coordination. "They were trained for other military occupations, such as infantrymen," Krivenko said. "And then their commander stood in front of them and said that they would be going on a mission to the Rostov region, where they would possibly cross the border to carry out military orders," he added.
The Colonel could not give an "intelligible" answer to the question about the grounds for the mission. Instead, he "began to talk patriotic bullshit: that there is a war going on, and we need to protect the Russian people who are dying under Ukrainian bombs," the human rights activist said. The commander threatened to dismiss the troops if they refuse to travel. The soldiers refused to go to Rostov without a written order and made corresponding complaints. At the same time, the servicemen said that they still want to continue service. In their complaint they also stated that they were transported to the training area in tarpaulin-covered KAMAZ vehicles without heating at a temperature of minus 10 - 15 °C. According to Krivenko, a Ministry of Defense Commission has left to the Murmansk region for investigation.
Earlier a Murmansk human rights activist Irina Paykachova told about 23 Murmansk contract servicemen of missile corps who were sent to the village of Sputnik for a combat mission not according to their military occupation. In Sputnik, the military were reported that they would be sent "to the border with Ukraine" and "might have to cross" the border, Paykachova said.
U.S. Army Europe Commander Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges has said recently that Russia concentrated ten battalions along the border. The number of servicemen in one battalion in the Russian army ranges from 400 to 600 people depending on the type of troops. Despite this, Russia repeatedly denies the statements of Ukraine and the West that Russian troops participate in the conflict.
