Speaker of the NSDC information analysis center Andrii Lysenko announced this, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax.
"We are still not able to count the number of victims right now. We are taking corresponding measures now," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
Lysenko, being asked about the approximate calculation of the number of dead, said: "There are dozens of victims".

A fierce battle for Yasynuvata town is taking place right now
There is the all-out battle for the town of Yasynuvata in the Donetsk region.

"There is a very tough battle taking place now. Nobody wants to give up, and no one is inferior," Lysenko said, when asked about the situation in this town.
Earlier, it was reported on the establishment of the Ukrainian flag in the town on August 17. However, the ATO press center reported of the resumption of fighting on August 18 morning - the remnants of the separatists offers active resistance.

Ukrainian tanks enter Stanytsia Luhanska-
Ukrainian government forces have entered the terrorist-occupied urban village of Stanytsia Luhanska in Luhansk region, Informator has reported.
According to the report, eyewitnesses saw Ukrainian tanks in the village.
"Fighters who fortified their positions on Zmiyina Hill (a monument to Prince Ihor) started shelling them. A kindergarten located next to the village council, as well as several houses in the center of the village, caught fire due to the shelling," reads the report.
According to eyewitnesses, the fighters erected a serious fortified area on Zmiyina Hill. There are currently well-equipped military there. Concrete pillboxes were set up near the monument.
In addition, according to available information, Ukraine's flag was raised over the building of the Stanytsia Luhanska Village Council.
