Ukrainian forces have assumed control over the city of Krasnyi Luch, Donetsk and Horlivka under absolute siege

Donetsk - On Saturday morning the Ukrainian forces have assumed control over the city of Krasnyi Luch in the district of Luhansk, as a result of which Donetsk and Horlivka found themselves under absolute siege, RIA Novosti reported.

“The Cossacks ran away – there is only a small unit in the city. What we warned about has happened – the troops of Novorossiya in Donetsk and Horlivka are under complete siege,” says a statement of the separatists, who are fighting against the government forces in East Ukraine.

If Ukraine remain control over Krasnyi Luch it'll not only isolate Donetsk from Luhansk but will control corridor from Russia.

Guerillas destroyed scores of Russian tanks in Luhansk


Ukrainian guerillas operating in terrorists’ rear have already destroyed scores of tanks and APCs, Prava Sprava NGO head Dmytro Snehiriov said, criminal.tv reports Aug. 9.

“Thanks to underground resistance in the Luhansk oblast, the terrorists have suffered serious damage – scores of tanks and APCs. The guerillas are very active,” he said.
The terrorists are scared by a sniper who has already killed tens of terrorists. 
The guerillas help the Ukrainian army to counter terrorists, fight against their atrocities, Snehiriov said.

Small groups of guerillas, fighting against the terrorists, have emerged in Donbas. One of them destroyed the crew of the missile battery, Grad, that was shelling Donetsk, Donbas-based InfoResist reports Aug. 8.
Guerilla groups inflict a lot of damage to terrorists. Their tactics is to track down and destroy small groups of terrorists appearing in residential areas of Donetsk and Luhansk.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian army continues to tighten the circle around Donetsk, preparing for its takeover.
